Community Healing

Taking place on the first Sunday of each month, this no-cost, donation-based group healing session will begin with grounding, followed by collaborative inner work, and ending with a guided light healing meditation.
Talk Session
45 min | $40
For those struggling with anxiety, stress, or anything else, and wanting a more traditional talk session, this option is for you. This is a standard talk session in which you will have the opportunity to explore your mind. My methodology for these sessions stems from humanistic psychology, and I believe that all people are innately capable of personal growth through decision-making. Single session or 5 call packages available.
Light Healing Session
90 min | $111
Whether you are seeking deeper answers or inner healing, this session is for you. Infused with Reiki healing energy, join me for a light healing session. After discussing your goals, I will guide you through a light healing meditation. This session is intuition-led, which means that there may be some channeling, oracle card pulls, somatic healing, or more depending on what feels aligned. Single session or 5 call packages available.
